Analysis "Foreign Direct Investments Screening Mechanisms – An outlook for Bosnia and Herzegovina" and priority recommendations for solving key the issues of the private sector

Centers for Civic Initiatives (CCI) formed a Working Group composed of the representatives of the business sector in BiH, which in the preceding period addressed the priority problems faced by the private sector in BiH as well as defined the key solutions in order to improve regulation and strategic directions in the aforementioned area.

In addition to this, the CCI also created the analysis "Foreign Direct Investments Screening Mechanisms – An outlook for Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)", which is also the first analysis of this kind in BiH pertaining to the direct foreign investments and mechanisms for screening of such investments in BiH.

The analysis contains an overview of the mechanisms to screen foreign direct investments in the member states of the European Union (EU), with a reflection on the countries of the Western Balkans, and recommendations for BiH that should be implemented in order to introduce mechanisms to screen foreign direct investments.
